On the 21 July 2008 we have been notified by our manufacturer / wholesaler that the USB white or  Black power plugs have been recalled due to a precautionary action. Trading standards issued an alert  which may relate to the plug you where supplied. The alert showed concern mainly over the plugs for gaming machines Nintendo – with the wire attached. It seems that there is a potential overheating issue / or risk of attached wires coming loose, as well as those plugs marked DE 62347066 and travel charger.

 
As a precaution, we are requesting you return your plug to us for full refund (or replacement - Stock depending) as soon as possible, and ask that you refrain from using it forthwith. The stock in question are those plugs supplied to us on or after  19 May 2008. 

 
The supplier confirms that there has been no issue reported with his stock, and all the necessary tests have been made on the plugs. (See attachment)
