1. General

We offer refunds if the goods are returned in their unopened state within 14 days of purchase for non faulty goods and faulty goods

We do not offer refunds after this period (unless pre-agreed), but offer an exchange service

2. Non faulty goods  / Change of mind

We gladly accept returns if t he goods can be resold as new! Distance Selling Regulations 2000 apply. Complete this form and return

Non UK returns postage is NOT refunded

Non Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days in their unopened/unused state

Posting and insuring the goods

UK base: We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting to ensure you are compensated for goods lost in the mail back to us below £20. WE recommend you pay the premium 'recorded delivery' charge (now 66p - June 2006), for goods in excess of this up to £30 and special delivery above this

We provide a self address stamped label to return low value goods back to use - the onus is on you to ensure we received them back.

We do not refund the postage, if you have received a wrong item or defective product:
